By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is complete, accurate, and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. CardsIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion in cases of non-compliance with these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the platform.

CardsIQ complies with all applicable financial regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws. By using our services, you agree to provide accurate identification and documentation as requested. Failure to complete identity verification may result in restricted access to the platform or withheld payouts.

CardsIQ applies a fixed platform fee on all completed transactions. This fee is automatically deducted from the final payout amount and is non-refundable. The platform fee covers operational costs including infrastructure, verification, support, and ongoing development of the CardsIQ ecosystem.

By using the CardsIQ platform, you agree to the deduction of this platform fee on all qualifying orders. Platform fees are disclosed transparently during the order review or offer acceptance process.

CardsIQ provides users with the opportunity to receive real-time offers to sell sports cards through our Instant Buyback Program.

• Offer Validity: Offers are generated in real time and subject to change. Offers expire after the displayed time window unless accepted.
• Binding Agreement: Once accepted, an offer constitutes a binding agreement to sell. After receipt and verification of the item, the transaction is considered final.
• Verification: Cards must be authentic, unaltered, and match the stated grade and condition. CardsIQ may reduce the payout or reject submissions that are misrepresented.
• Shipping: Users must purchase a shipping label through the CardsIQ platform. A transaction fee will apply. Cards must be shipped promptly according to platform guidelines or the offer may be revoked.

Payouts are typically initiated instantly once a verified network partner confirms the card through a break. For out-of-network cards, funds are sent after item verification but may not be available for withdrawal until processing is complete. Processing times depend on shipping duration and current intake volume.

Transfer times to your financial account (e.g., bank, PayPal) may vary based on the selected payment provider. CardsIQ is not responsible for delays caused by external payment gateways.

All content and tools available on CardsIQ (including but not limited to text, software, trademarks, logos, and analytics) are the intellectual property of CardsIQ or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any platform materials without explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, but by doing so, you grant CardsIQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating the Service.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Submitting counterfeit or stolen items
• Using the platform for money laundering or fraudulent activity
• Circumventing KYC or identity verification
• Interfering with the platform’s integrity or operations
• Harassing or impersonating others
• Introducing malicious code or attempting unauthorized access
• Manipulating market prices or submitting cards based on shill-bidded or fake comps; CardsIQ’s algorithms may detect such activity. CardsIQ reserves the right to revise the payout or return the card. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the user, and the card will not be returned until the user purchases a shipping label through the CardsIQ platform.

CardsIQ is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available.’ We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, pricing accuracy, or specific transaction outcomes. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

CardsIQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to you in your most recent completed transaction.

All disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of creating your account by emailing legal@cardsiq.io.

CardsIQ may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting support@cardsiq.io. All pending obligations under accepted offers remain enforceable upon termination.

CardsIQ may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review the Terms regularly.
