Sell any eligible graded card with a live market offer, prepaid shipping, and verified intake. Your payout is locked at offer generation and protected against lower prices while cards are in transit. Membership tiers raise your payout and reduce fees.
Instant market offers
Get live offers from verified comps and grade ratios. Your payout amount is fixed at offer generation for that submission.
Prepaid label and photo precheck
Print your label and send clear front and back photos of every slab to claims@cardsiq.io before the first carrier scan. This links tracking, claim eligibility, and protection to your order.
Membership tiers
Frequent use unlocks higher payout percentages and lower fees. Your tier is visible in your profile and applies across Marketplace Sales and Value Guaranteed Transactions.
How it works
Enter your card
Provide certification number and grading company. Supported grading companies are PSA, BGS, and SGC.
Review and accept your offer
See the estimated fair value, your payout, and any fees. Accept to create your order and lock your offer amount.
Send pre shipment photos
Take clear front and back photos of every slab and email them to claims@cardsiq.io with your order ID before the first carrier scan to enable shipping claims and protection.
Use your prepaid label
Ship with the CardsIQ prepaid label so tracking links to your order. This is required for insurance and protection facilitated by CardsIQ.
Verification
We verify authenticity, grade, and certification number on arrival. You can follow progress in your order timeline.
Payout
Funds release after successful verification. Supported methods include bank transfer and eligible instant rails such as PayPal, Venmo, or instant debit where available.
Offer lock and shipment movement
- Your offer price locks at generation and remains fixed for that submission once accepted.
- Your package must receive a first carrier scan within 3 days of label creation. If the first scan is missed, the order may be cancelled and the offer may expire or be re-evaluated at current market value.

Protection and insurance
- Downside protection applies while your card is in transit on a valid CardsIQ label, from the first carrier scan until intake and verification. If the market falls during that period, your payout does not go below the locked offer amount.
- There is no upside adjustment in Marketplace Sales. If the market rises after you accept, your payout remains the locked offer price.
- Claims are eligible only when you ship on a CardsIQ label and send clear pre shipment photos to claims@cardsiq.io before the first carrier scan, as described in the Shipping Policy.
Pricing and fees
- Offers are generated by the CardsIQ pricing engine using verified comps, freshness scoring, and grade relationships.
- A platform fee applies and is disclosed before you accept. Prepaid label cost is shown at checkout.
- Membership tiers reduce fees and increase your payout percentage over time.
Verification outcomes
- Pass. Full payout releases after verification.
- Partial pass. Verified items are paid. You are notified about differences.
- Rejected. You can request a return label. Misrepresented items may incur a return fee.
