Eligibility expands over time as more cards, players, and sets are onboarded into the marketplace. If a card is not currently offer-eligible, it may become eligible in the future as coverage increases.

Yes. Marketplace Sales require the use of a CardsIQ prepaid shipping label. This ensures tracking, insurance, and marketplace protection are properly linked to your order and required for verification eligibility.

Once an offer is accepted, it is locked for the duration of the protected transit window. The lock begins at the first carrier scan and remains valid until the card is delivered to the verification partner.

Marketplace Sales include downside protection during the protected transit window. If market prices decline after you ship, your payout will not fall below the locked offer amount, provided all shipping and photo requirements are met.

Marketplace Sales do not include upside adjustments. If market prices increase while the card is in transit, the payout remains the locked offer amount agreed to at acceptance.

Once an offer is accepted, the order cannot be canceled. Accepted offers reserve liquidity and initiate verification and settlement workflows. Failure to ship may result in account restrictions.

Membership tiers may affect platform fees, processing speed, or access to additional features, but they do not change the underlying market value or offer calculation for Marketplace Sales.

Yes. All Marketplace Sales require shipping the card to CardsIQ or a designated verification partner for intake and verification. Cards must be shipped using the CardsIQ prepaid label to remain eligible for protection and payout.

Once the card is received and successfully verified, payouts are released immediately. Most Marketplace Sales are completed within 1–5 business days after delivery, depending on verification volume and account status.
