CardsIQ Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines how CardsIQ, LLC (“CardsIQ,” “we,” or “our”) manages card shipments for both Instant Buyback and Buying Program orders. By following this policy, you help ensure safe delivery, verification, and payout.
1. In-Network vs. Out-of-Network Shipping
In-Network Sellers (Buyback Program): If you submit cards through a CardsIQ break partner, shipping is managed internally and no further action is required on your part.
Out-of-Network Sellers (Buying Program): You are required to generate your shipping label through the CardsIQ platform. Our EasyPost-integrated system ensures accurate tracking, order linkage, and verification. Shipping costs are charged at the time of label generation.
Shipping Instructions:
- All shipments must be dispatched within 3 business days of accepting an offer.
- Include your full name, order ID, and preferred contact information inside the package.
- Use the exact shipping address provided during label creation.
2. Packaging Requirements
Only graded cards (e.g., PSA, BGS, SGC) are accepted. Raw cards, toploaders, and sleeved cards will not be processed.
Use a rigid, padded shipping box. Ensure cards are tightly secured to prevent movement during transit.
Separate slabs with bubble wrap or foam inserts to avoid scratches or fractures.
Packages that arrive damaged or improperly packed may impact final payout eligibility.
Insurance and Tracking:
- We strongly recommend adding insurance and using a tracked shipping method.
- CardsIQ is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages—especially for out-of-network submissions.
3. Return Shipping
If your cards are rejected or adjusted, CardsIQ will cover return shipping expenses.
All return shipments are sent using tracked methods and include standard insurance.
