CardsIQ Payout Policy
This Payout Policy explains how CardsIQ, LLC (CardsIQ, we, our) processes and issues payments for both Instant Buyback and Buying Program transactions. By using our platform, you agree to the terms described herein.
1. Eligibility for Payouts
Users are eligible for payouts if they:
- Are at least 13 years old (with parental consent if under 18);
- Have accepted a valid buyback or buying program offer;
- Have shipped cards in compliance with our Shipping Policy;
- Have passed verification by a network partner (Buyback Program) or CardsIQ intake (Buying Program).
2. In-Network vs. Out-of-Network Cards
- In-Network Cards (Buyback Program): Cards physically held by an approved CardsIQ break partner at the time of offer acceptance. Verification is completed through partner systems for instant processing.
- Out-of-Network Cards (Buying Program): Cards shipped independently by users using CardsIQ-generated shipping labels. These cards go through CardsIQ’s internal intake and verification team prior to payout.
3. Payout Methods
CardsIQ supports the following payout channels:
- ACH/Bank Transfer: Available to U.S. bank accounts only.
- PayPal: Email-linked PayPal transfers.
- Stripe: Direct payouts to connected Stripe accounts.
Accurate and complete payout details are required during onboarding. Failure to provide valid information may delay your payout.
4. Payout Timeline
- In-Network Cards (Buyback Program): Payouts are initiated the same day following partner confirmation.
- Out-of-Network Cards (Buying Program): Payouts are processed within 1–2 business days of internal verification and intake completion.
- Transfer times may vary depending on the selected payment provider.
5. Offer Validity and Finalization
- Offers are valid for a limited time as indicated at the time of acceptance.
- Once an offer is accepted and the cards are shipped, the transaction becomes final.
If cards are not shipped within 3 business days of accepting an offer, CardsIQ reserves the right to cancel or re-evaluate the offer.
6. Payout Adjustments and Rejections
CardsIQ reserves the right to adjust or deny payouts under the following circumstances:
- Received cards differ from the accepted offer (e.g., incorrect grade, wrong card);
- Cards are counterfeit, tampered with, or fail authentication;
- Cards arrive damaged due to improper packaging.
If a payout is adjusted, a revised offer will be sent for your review. If rejected, the cards will be returned at no cost to you.
7. Disputes
If you believe your payout was incorrect or issued in error, please contact our support team within 3 business days of receiving the payment. Reach out to support@cardsiq.io.
