Value Guaranteed Transactions (VGTD) provide partner-network collectors with protected payout floors backed by verified sales data and package-date valuations. Eligible cards cannot fall below designated floor protections, and verified upside may increase payouts where applicable.

Marketplace Sales allow active members to sell eligible cards directly through CardsIQ’s broader marketplace, requiring shipment, verification, and payout processing. Offers are locked immediately upon acceptance with downside protection. Value Guaranteed Transactions operate within verified partner ecosystems, often without shipping requirements, and include unique partner-based floor protections.

Marketplace Sales orders may be canceled only before the card has been shipped. Once shipment occurs, cancellation is no longer permitted. Shipping label costs are non-refundable. Value Guaranteed Transactions are final immediately upon acceptance.

CardsIQ’s pricing engine analyzes verified sales data, liquidity, historical trends, grade-specific performance, volatility, and ecosystem fit to generate fair market offers. Only qualifying cards receive offers based on marketplace efficiency standards.

Marketplace Sales lock your payout immediately upon offer acceptance, even before shipment. Downside protection is secured at acceptance, ensuring your payout does not decrease due to market declines during shipment or verification. Marketplace Sales do not provide upside adjustments. VGTD protects against downside below guaranteed product floors while allowing verified upside where applicable.

For VGTD, eligible cards cannot pay below protected floors and may receive higher payouts if verified market sales exceed package-date values. For Marketplace Sales, your payout is locked immediately at acceptance and protected from downside, regardless of market declines, but does not increase if market prices rise.

CardsIQ’s pricing protections are designed to reduce short-term volatility risks. VGTD offers maintain product floor protections, while Marketplace Sales preserve locked payout values from acceptance through final verification.

Payout timing depends on transaction type. Verified partner-network cards may receive immediate payouts. Marketplace Sales payouts are typically released after successful verification and settlement, generally within 1–5 business days after delivery.

CardsIQ currently supports Stripe-connected bank accounts, eligible debit cards, PayPal, and Venmo. Availability may vary based on operational, compliance, or processor limitations.

Marketplace Sales may include transparent platform fees, while payout providers may charge separate withdrawal or instant transfer fees. Shipping labels are seller-paid and non-refundable once generated. Membership tiers may reduce platform fees. All fees are disclosed before transaction completion.

Cards that arrive damaged, counterfeit, altered, cracked, or materially inconsistent with submitted details may be rejected, repriced, or returned. Sellers must purchase return shipping through their CardsIQ account. CardsIQ is not liable for rejected cards if return shipping is not secured within the required 60-day return period.
