Value Guaranteed Transactions (VGTD) apply only to cards pulled and secured within our verified partner network. These cards never require shipping and receive payouts based on the guaranteed value. Marketplace Sales apply to any card that is no longer in the partner network. Once a card leaves that network, it can only be sold back to CardsIQ as a Marketplace Sale and must be shipped to CardsIQ for verification.

The Value Guarantee ensures that payouts for partner-network cards are backed by verified sales data and consistent pricing rules. You never receive less than the stamped floor value, and if live sales exceed that value, you receive the higher payout. This is not an insurance policy; it is a transparent pricing framework designed to protect collectors and partners from short-term market swings.

Verification timeframes are determined by each partner in our network. Most partners verify the card on the same day it is pulled or secured. Once verified, CardsIQ releases the payout immediately.

Marketplace Sales require shipping the card to CardsIQ. Once the card arrives at our facility, verification is completed and your payout is released—typically within 1-5 business days depending on account status.

VGTD cards never require shipping. They are verified entirely within the partner network. If a card is not physically in the partner network anymore, it must be sold through Marketplace Sales, which require shipping to CardsIQ for intake and verification.

Once a card is no longer in the partner network, the Value Guarantee no longer applies. The card can still be sold back to CardsIQ, but only as a Marketplace Sale. The offer will be based on the real-time market value at the time you submit and accept the offer, and the card must be shipped to CardsIQ for verification.

VGTD deals are stamped through the partner network and follow upside-only rules. You never receive below the guaranteed floor, and if live sales are higher, you receive the higher payout. Marketplace Sales lock in the accepted market value when you submit the card, even if the market dips while the card is in transit.

No. For VGTD deals, payouts are guaranteed and unaffected by temporary swings. For Marketplace Sales, once you accept and ship the card, the payout is locked in regardless of any changes while the card is in transit.

A small processing fee is built into each offer to support pricing, verification, and secure payouts. All fees are displayed before you accept.

CardsIQ uses identity verification, encrypted payments, and audited transaction logs for every sale. Both Marketplace Sales and VGTD deals follow strict pricing and verification rules to ensure fairness.
